I love my babies first year babies because it’s so fun watching them grow and grow into little people. It really makes my heart melt. For her maternity session we went to a few cool places. First we went to downtown Franklin on a lovely wonderful day! We talked and hung and took some pictures. We wanted to have a few different feelings to her images so we went to the Westhaven community and played around in one of my favorite places. I know it sounds weird.. taking pictures in a housing community.. but really it’s just a gem hidden in a beautiful neighborhood.

A few weeks later little Miss Olivia was born. And boy of boy was she gorgeous! I swear she is going to be a heartbreaker someday. It was a rainy day when I was there photographing her but she just slept right on through it. Those of you who are reading this that are photographers must know that she slept so much that her session only lasted an hour and a half. We didn’t need a full 3-4 hours like I plan for.
